Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your use of our Service, including data from connected third-party accounts (such as Meta platforms).

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at emanuello.bh@gmail.com using the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include your account email/username used on our Service.
  3. If applicable, include the connected account identifier (e.g., Instagram Business Account ID) or a screenshot of the connection screen.

What we delete

  • Connection records and associated identifiers stored by our Service.
  • Stored access tokens and refresh tokens (if any).
  • Any content we stored on your behalf (if any), subject to legal and security requirements.

Timeline

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited records as required by law, security, or fraud prevention.
